Beginner’s Stained Glass Class

Course Instructor:

Beginner classes teach all the necessary skills needed to create your own copper foil stained glass panel.  Cutting with precision, foiling with flair, solder secrets, and perfecting patina are all included in the class.  The foundation of success in stained glass is in perfecting the basics.  That is what this class is all about.  Students will complete a panel from a large selection of beginner patterns, approximately 10 x 18 in size, depending on the pattern chosen.

We will supply all tools (cutter, pliers, grinder, and soldering tools) required for your project.

Material Fee:

• $25.00 plus HST for your kit, which includes your usable materials: solder, foil, flux, and chemicals.
• Plus the cost of your glass and chain for hanging. Glass costs will vary depending on your choice of pattern and type of glass that you select for your project.
• Tools are provided for student use and also available for purchase.
